Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Springfield, MO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers and run daily store operations. This role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and customer service to promote team growth and sales.

You will train, coach staff, and coordinate outreach while ensuring compliance and a positive in-store experience. This is a full-time, in-person position with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain a full-time schedule, including weekends (40 hours per week).
