O'Reilly Auto Parts in Beaver Falls, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. This role will lead the store team, help manage customer needs, and stand in during the Store Manager’s absence or on opposing shifts.

You will assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members, ensure timely processing of orders, returns and transfers, and uphold company policies.

Qualificações

• Sales specialist training, assistant manager certification and RSS certification are required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor with program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist store manager to ensure staffing during peak hours and coaching team members.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
