Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pennsylvania to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations. This role leads team members during shifts, coaches performance, and helps staff the front lines during peak hours while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Help ensure staffing during peak retail hours and support the Store Manager in goal setting and coaching.
• Assist in hiring, recruiting, interviews, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, money security, and bank deposits according to policy.
