Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience building growth strategies and customer acquisition plans.

Responsibilities

Identify new customers, industries, applications, and opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue.
Improve website, digital presence, and customer experience.
Explore opportunities in SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation.
Build relationships with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
Ask questions to understand customer applications and identify where products provide value.
Research markets, customer segments, and new applications for our products.
Work with Operations and Production to align growth with capabilities.
Gather customer and market insights and share recommendations with leadership.
