Job summary

ZT Labels, a division of Zippertubing, is seeking a Business Development and Growth Specialist to drive customer growth and brand visibility in printing and labeling markets. You will identify new customers, craft growth strategies, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to convert opportunities into revenue.

The role combines business development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement with an entrepreneurial mindset in a smaller business environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Market Development, Commercial Growth, Product Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in label manufacturing, label printing, converting, industrial products, wire and cable, medical products, identification products, or engineered products is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers, industries, applications, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue.
• Bring ideas and recommendations for improving website, digital presence, and customer experience.
• Explore opportunities in SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
