Responsibilities include developing lead-gen programs, improving our website and SEO, and building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. A strong commercial mindset and 4+ years in BD or marketing are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Market Development, Commercial Growth, Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers, industries, applications, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue.
• Bring ideas to improve website, digital presence, and customer experience.
• Explore SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Understand customer applications and identify opportunities where ZT Labels products add value.
• Research markets, customer segments, and new applications for our products.
• Coordinate with Operations and Production to align growth with capabilities.
• Gather customer and market insights and share recommendations with leadership.
