Fivetran is seeking a Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager for a hybrid role out of our Philadelphia office. You will define and drive growth across key web experiences, partnering across Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build scalable frameworks for experimentation, and mentor teammates while advancing customer experiences and pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience balancing strategy with hands-on execution from concept to launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong background in behavioral analytics, experimentation, and converting insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across multiple high-impact sites.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from planning through launch and optimization.
• Write BRDs to translate vision into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps across key journeys like Homepage and Pricing.
• Partner with marketing, product, analytics and executives to align priorities.
