Job summary

Unify is seeking a Practice Manager to drive account growth and expand client relationships within the Growth & Marketing Practice. You will lead consulting engagements, guide engagement teams, and develop consultants to strengthen capabilities and career growth.

You will partner with account, sales, solution, and practice leadership to identify opportunities, ensure delivery excellence, and advance Unify's consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success driving account growth, solution sales, or consulting services expansion.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate challenges into strategic solutions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing consulting professionals.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth by identifying client needs and aligning solutions to outcomes.
• Lead complex consulting engagements delivering measurable client outcomes.
