Job summary

UST is seeking a SAP Practice Engagement Manager to drive growth of our SAP business across strategic existing accounts and new clients. You will be focused on growing our SAP business across accounts in close collaboration with Account managers and Client partners across industries.

You will originate, shape and lead SAP pursuits from early-stage opportunity through solutioning, proposals, executive presentations, commercials and closure, working with global delivery teams and SAP partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in SAP consulting/services.
• Proven ability to originate, shape and win SAP opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and managing transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the SAP business across existing strategic accounts and new clients.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build a strong SAP transformation pipeline.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client executives and position SAP as a strategic partner.
• Originate, shape and lead SAP pursuits from early stage through closure.
• Collaborate with Client Partners, account teams, solution architects and delivery teams.
• Maintain knowledge of the SAP roadmap and partner with SAP on go-to-market opportunities.
