Uniting Holding is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and manage digital marketing projects. You will coordinate with vendors, write quotes and proposals, onboard clients, and handle ongoing inquiries with a focus on quality and strategic value.

The role involves overseeing marketing automation campaigns, content coordination, and regular client reporting, requiring strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a customer-facing focus.
• Experience in Customer Success/Customer Service is required.
• Comfort with WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, CRMs and Google products.
• Working knowledge of content management systems and WordPress editors.
• Familiarity with Thrive Architect/Elementor/Clickfunnels/GHL for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for some clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee digital marketing projects with vendors.
• Draft quotes, estimates and proposals for clients.
• Onboard clients and handle questions, queries and onboarding.
• Manage Zendesk tickets and client service requests.
• Support agency marketing with social media, blogs, videos and updates.
• Create email campaigns and marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GHL).
• Produce SOPs and Loom tutorials for recurring tasks.
• Provide regular weekly/monthly client and project reports.
