Job summary

Unifyed in Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic President to drive growth and shape the company’s trajectory in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead product, sales, marketing and customer success, build a high-performance team, and partner with the Board to execute strategic initiatives that position Unifyed for long-term success.

This role requires a track record of scaling technology businesses, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company.
Proven track record in scaling organizations and leading transitions from early-stage to mature operations.
Deep expertise in business development, product strategy and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the vision and strategy for the company's growth with the Board’s objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, marketing and customer success.
Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Represent Unifyed at industry events and client meetings to build brand recognition.
