Qualifications

Eight (8) or greater years of relevant experience, with a minimum of two (2) years personnel or project management experience.
Demonstrated success building and managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and supporting pursuit strategies.
Experience managing client engagements or projects from initiation through delivery.
Background working in a consulting, professional services, or matrixed environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations to ensure efficient practice and revenue growth.
Lead employee engagement and ensure staffing and development.
Manage client relationships within the region and assist in proposals and fee structures.
Oversee project planning, scope, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure delivery.
