Job summary

ProcessUnity is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale customer marketing programs that drive adoption, engagement, advocacy, retention, and expansion across our global client base.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and regional teams to create programs that strengthen customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer marketing or related fields.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record building programs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build lifecycle programs for adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with Product and Sales on campaigns and launches.
• Own customer communications strategy and calendar.
• Plan and lead customer events including UNITE Summit.
• Translate feedback into actionable marketing strategies.
• Develop a customer advocacy program.
• Define KPIs and report on pipeline influence.
