Job summary

Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search efforts in North America. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, drive a steady stream of high-quality B2B leads, and work with Sales and SEO teammates to optimize the funnel.

You should be data-driven, comfortable with AI tools, and adept at collaboration across Marketing and Sales to improve performance and scale spend efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience, in-house or at a digital agency.
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Proficient use of tracking, tagging, and attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
• Own bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to connect paid search to the wider customer journey.
