About the Role

North America is one of our priority markets. With Spend launching in the US, paid search is a core demand-capture channel, and we're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to run it day to day. You'll own the execution of paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, working to the strategy set by the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing, and driving a consistent pipeline of high-quality B2B leads for Sales. You'll also help shape how Perk shows up in AI answer engines, partnering with our SEO team on AEO. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is strong on data, curious about AI, and comfortable working across Marketing and Sales.

What You'll Do:

Campaign management and optimization

• Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, owning bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.

• Run regular search query analysis, keyword expansion and negative keyword management to keep the account efficient and clean.

• Use data-driven optimization to iterate continuously on efficiency and results across key metrics, from in-platform performance to online and offline conversions.
  

Testing and analysis

• Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
