Responsibilities

• Own performance and growth campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other channels.
• Lead website and CRO initiatives to improve visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Build dashboards to monitor CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design and Sales to align experiments with business priorities.
