Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across channels. This hands-on role manages budgets, creative, and analytics to drive CAC, conversions, and ROAS through disciplined experimentation.

You will plan and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on data-driven decision making and rapid iteration. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits for a US-based team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running paid acquisition at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads.
• Strong analytics with attribution testing and testing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage budget allocation across channels and campaigns.
• Build landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments.
• Run a continuous testing program on creatives, audiences, and bidding.
• Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; report channel performance weekly.
• Collaborate with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on growth.
