Job summary

LiNK is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own advertising, marketing automation, and tracking infrastructure to drive donor acquisition and engagement. You will optimize campaigns, build conversion tracking, and ensure data integrity across platforms to grow fundraising revenue.

Responsibilities include managing paid media accounts, owning automation and segmentation, and delivering data-driven insights. Hybrid role in Long Beach, with remote options for US candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or growth roles, nonprofit preferred.
• Hands-on Pardot or similar marketing automation experience.
• Proven ability to build automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience managing paid ads with tracking and reporting.
• Strong data skills to structure and interpret digital marketing data.
• Experience with SEO and conversion-rate optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid media accounts: setup, tracking, budgets, reporting.
• Develop advertising strategy and channel/audience targeting for growth.
• Own marketing automation platform, email templates, rules, and testing.
• Maintain data flows between marketing systems and CRM/databases.
• Implement tracking for web properties and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with design and web team on landing pages and CRO initiatives.
