Job summary

AdvancedMD is seeking a Senior Manager Web Marketing to own the web roadmap, drive CRO/testing programs, and ensure site speed and compliance. You will connect SEO, paid media, sales ops, design and dev to align landing pages and tracking with business goals.

You should have 7+ years in web marketing, a marketing or business degree, hands-on WordPress, GA4, and experience with HubSpot/Marketo. Hybrid/remote options and strong growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in web marketing or growth roles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and GA4.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Marketo.
Proven track record in structured A/B testing and CRO.
Familiarity with consent management platforms and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

Own the web roadmap balancing goals, UX, technical debt, and stakeholder requests across marketing, sales, and product.
Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and forms.
Manage WordPress environment: templates, plugins, performance, governance.
Lead marketing automation with HubSpot and/or Marketo for forms, pages, and nurture flows.
Own GA4 analytics, events, conversions, funnels, and reporting for leadership insights.
Maintain cookie consent and privacy tooling to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.
Collaborate with SEO/GEO and paid media on strategy and tracking.
Mentor junior marketers and coordinate with external agencies.
