Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to turn marketing investment into qualified leads, new customers and long-term value in Florida. This role focuses on HubSpot mastery, analytics, paid channels, and customer journey optimization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service and agency partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize spend, and improve CRO and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience generating and optimizing leads through paid digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot including workflows, segmentation, automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and support growth.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta and other performance channels.
• Evaluate performance by market, service, audience, campaign and channel.
• Build dashboards connecting marketing activity to leads, customers and revenue.
• Partner with agencies while owning strategy, data and results.
