Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing or marketing operations, with 3+ years in a data-focused role.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub—workflows, reporting, lead management, automation.
• Strong experience with marketing analytics and BI tools (GA, Looker, Tableau, Excel).
• Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-channel marketing performance (SEO, SEM, email, social, paid media, content).
• Develop dashboards, performance reports, and key metric tracking.
• Provide insights to stakeholders to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct attribution modeling and funnel analysis to improve lifecycle metrics.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to test and refine marketing efforts using data.
