Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to turn marketing investment into qualified leads, new customers, and long-term value. This role focuses on HubSpot, analytics, paid ads, lead gen, segmentation, automation, and journey optimization to drive growth across Florida.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and agency partners to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and scale revenue while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field.
• Demonstrated experience generating and optimizing leads through paid digital channels.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, automation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience analyzing marketing funnels and conversion performance.
• Experience building dashboards and translating data into business decisions.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, conversion rates and CLV.
• Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own strategies to increase qualified leads, conversion and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta and other channels.
• Evaluate performance by market, service, audience, campaign and channel.
• Optimize marketing spend based on CPL, CAC, conversion rate, revenue and ROI.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with agencies while owning strategy, data and results.
• Align lead generation with seasonality, market opportunity and capacity.
• Build dashboards linking marketing activity to leads, customers and revenue.
