Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the company website and its search performance, develop the qualifications library, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates with engineers.

You will produce the content calendar, run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events for new markets, report results monthly, and ensure brand messaging stays accurate and consistent across all public channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in the AEC or related sectors.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Experience building proposals or qualification packages for professional services.
• Strong organizational skills and calendar management; curiosity about compaction testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website, SEO, local listings, and analytics to show what works.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for expanding markets and report results monthly.
• Maintain brand messaging across all public channels.
