Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager who will own the website and its search performance, manage the qualifications library and proposal templates, and drive the content calendar with engineers. The role also leads outreach campaigns to open new markets and ensures consistent brand messaging across all public channels.

You will report to Marketing and collaborate across the laboratory and project teams to deliver measurable marketing results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; develops proposals or qualifications packages.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns for markets the company is opening and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across public channels.
