Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website, SEO, qualifications library, content calendar, and campaigns that drive business development. You will work hands-on with engineers to publish technical content and case material, supporting growth across markets.

You will build and manage the proposal templates and qualification packages used for pursuits, and run outreach through email, LinkedIn, and trade events, with monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the website and search program; maintain the qualifications package and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) for markets the company is opening and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
