You will build growth models, identify scalable opportunities, and manage paid-growth levers while partnering with communications, social, field marketing, and video teams to expand reach, engagement, and influence.

You will analyze LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other communities, develop segmentation, and deliver dashboards and action-oriented insights

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing analytics, audience development, or related field.
• Experience analyzing performance across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, or similar communities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, content optimization, or marketing workflow tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing or supporting paid social, paid audience growth, or digital acquisition campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, channel performance, testing, and growth metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Own audience growth analysis across Shield AI’s social channels.
• Analyze third-party audience behavior across platforms like Reddit and YouTube.
• Build audience segmentation frameworks to identify priority personas.
• Partner with Social and Communications teams to inform content strategy.
• Manage paid-growth levers and budget to accelerate acquisition and engagement.
• Track and report on growth metrics across channels.
• Identify communities, creators, and distribution opportunities relevant to Shield AI.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations translating data into growth actions.
• Support testing across creative, copy, targeting, channels, and formats.
• Monitor platform trends and audience behavior shifts to inform strategy.
