Insight Global, via a partner, is seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring campaigns that drive customer growth and loyalty. You will apply analytics to optimize acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase behavior.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of marketing technology, digital advertising, social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and live streams, plus excellent organizational, communication, and strategic thinking to align campaigns

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies to grow followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage and monitor daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices to maximize impact.
• Plan and execute Email/Marketing campaigns to drive customer growth and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
