Orbital Witness, a AI-powered real estate tech company, is seeking a growth marketing leader to own the owned-channel conversion engine and nurture programs in a B2B SaaS context. You will optimize landing pages and forms, manage email and lifecycle campaigns, and drive organic growth and SEO.

You’ll collaborate closely with demand gen and content teams, run a continuous test-and-learn program, and report on key metrics like MQL-to-meeting conversion and overall pipeline impact.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience owning email, website and organic in a B2B context and converting demand into pipeline.
• Hands-on operator with marketing automation, CMS, and analytics; able to build and improve campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own the owned-channel conversion engine — turning existing demand and our database into qualified leads, meetings and pipeline.
• Build and run lifecycle and nurture programs that move contacts from interest to opportunity.
• Own the website as a conversion asset post-launch to improve conversion rates and tracking.
• Grow organic and SEO performance and optimise for AI/answer‑engine discovery.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen Manager and content team to maximise pipeline impact.
• Run a test‑and‑learn program across channels with data-driven proof of what works.
• Partner with Sales to improve MQL-to-meeting conversion and provide dashboards on pipeline quality.
• Define and report on metrics that matter: conversion rates, pipeline, and attribution.
