Job summary

Orbital is a fast-growing AI platform for real estate legal work, seeking a data-driven Demand Generation marketer to own owned channels, nurture programs, and website optimization to convert demand into pipeline.

You will partner with Sales and RevOps, build campaigns in HubSpot, analyze dashboards, and iterate with A/B tests to improve MQL-to-meeting conversion and overall pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Experience owning email, website and organic in a B2B context with pipeline impact.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and CMS platforms.
• Strong data analysis and ability to prove pipeline impact with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the owned-channel conversion engine to generate leads and pipeline.
• Build lifecycle and nurture programs (email journeys, segmentation).
• Own the website as a conversion asset post-launch and run A/B tests.
• Grow organic/SEO performance and optimize for discovery shifts.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen Manager and content team to maximize pipeline.
