Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. is partnering with a well-funded AI-forward company building an AI product for commercial real estate. They seek a growth hacker to own acquisition across channels and drive signups in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will design, launch, and test new channels, build lightweight AI tools, and form strategic partnerships. This role reports to a senior leader and offers autonomy as growth proves out.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience, open to 3–5, with hunger and an experimental mindset.
• Startup experience, ideally as an early employee in growth roles.
• Extremely AI-forward and hands-on, comfortable building with AI tools.
• Strong strategic thinker who spots opportunities and proves concepts.
• Willingness to cold-call for partnerships.
• Bonus: experience applying B2B SaaS growth practices to new domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive signups and growth across channels, constantly looking to double output.
• Design, launch, and test new acquisition channels.
• Build lightweight AI-enabled tools to catch fire organically and drive lead generation.
• Identify and strike strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships.
• Engage relevant communities to drive awareness and acquisition.
• Build channels into repeatable pillars that can be handed off to specialized hires.
