Realtor.com in Austin, TX seeks a Lead Growth Marketing Manager to own end-to-end growth initiatives, driving user acquisition and product-led growth with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

You will manage multimillion-dollar marketing investments across SEM, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels; test new growth opportunities; and build scalable AI-enabled systems to accelerate learning and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related discipline at a high-growth consumer tech company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition programs from channel strategy to landing page development.
• Deep understanding of the full growth funnel from acquisition to monetization.
• Ability to surface insights and make data-driven decisions without heavy analytical support.
• Comfortable working across large datasets and synthesizing quantitative signals into strategic recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to drive growth outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• AI fluency: building landing pages, creative assets, and campaigns using AI; applying AI to improve decision-making and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth initiatives spanning user acquisition and product-led growth programs.
• Manage multimillion-dollar marketing investments across SEM, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Identify and explore emerging channels, creator partnerships, and platform opportunities to unlock incremental growth.
• Build the full growth stack from acquisition programs to landing pages and creative using AI tools.
• Leverage AI to develop growth engines from creative automation to scalable marketing surfaces.
