Realtor.com in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale cross-functional growth initiatives at the intersection of marketing, product, data science, and engineering. You will build new growth engines, run experiments, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

You will partner across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Development to move quickly and shape how this business grows in a fast-paced environment with a builder's mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing at a high-growth consumer tech company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale acquisition programs from strategy to execution.
• Deep understanding of the full growth funnel: acquisition to retention & monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth initiatives spanning user acquisition and product-led growth.
• Manage multimillion-dollar marketing investments across SEM, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and others.
• Identify new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Build growth engines with AI-enabled landing pages, assets, and campaigns.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and establish scalable measurement frameworks.
• Influence leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations across teams.
