Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website and search program, build qualifications and proposal templates, and coordinate a content calendar with engineers. The role targets growth into new markets and sustained brand integrity across channels.

The candidate will lead campaigns via email, LinkedIn, events, and outreach lists, and ensure content accuracy and consistency in messaging and claims.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious enough to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics to show what works.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates for every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar — technical articles, project stories, and case material — with engineers who have knowledge.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
