Job summary

Puck is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing efforts from Manning, IA. You will own the annual marketing strategy, budget, and plan, and align with Sales on priority markets and accounts.

You will direct campaigns across digital, print, video, and events, manage vendor relationships, and drive measurable growth. Join a team that values proactive problem solving and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Five+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing marketing programs, managing budgets, and reporting results
• Experience leading team members, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional programs

Responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing strategy, operating plan, and budget
• Translate revenue targets into market, segment, product, and campaign plans
• Meet weekly with Sales on priority products and accounts
• Define lead qualification criteria and Marketing-to-Sales handoff
• Lead market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and VOC work
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital media, website, email, print, video, PR, events
• Coordinate promotions and product introductions with Sales
• Oversee marketing materials and ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Manage the marketing team, agencies, calendars, and resources
• Monitor pipeline, campaign ROI, budget performance, and forecast accuracy
• Present performance reports and recommendations to leadership
• Provide product and market expertise for business planning
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws in marketing communications
• Other duties as assigned
