Job summary

Nooks.ai is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead its Growth Marketing organization. You’ll own the strategy, channels, systems, and experimentation that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth across every stage of the buyer journey.

You’ll partner with Communications & Content, Product Marketing, Field & Executive Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate great products, compelling stories, and memorable customer experiences into scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of building acquisition engines that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep expertise across paid media, website optimization, SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, webinars, lifecycle acquisition, and digital growth strategies

Responsibilities

• Build our growth engine and develop strategies for sustainable customer acquisition and pipeline growth
• Own the performance of digital growth channels including paid media, website, SEO, webinars, and conversion optimization
• Establish experimentation as a core operating principle and develop testing frameworks across channels and landing pages
• Lead Marketing Operations and ensure attribution, lead routing, automation, reporting, and data quality
• Build and develop a high-performing Growth Marketing team with strong cross-functional collaboration
