Job summary

Amplemarket is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States to lead paid acquisition, SEO, and growth initiatives. You will own cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, and Content teams, driving inbound demand and product marketing efforts to scale our AI-powered sales platform.

You will work closely with the co-founder and CRO to chart growth priorities, measure impact, and optimize channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience marketing to Sales and Revenue leaders.
• Proven ownership of paid acquisition and SEO; AEO a plus.
• Strong product marketing and sales enablement experience.
• Comfort coordinating cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Hands-on, analytical, and adept with AI/automation for execution.
• Excellent communication and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Turn quarterly priorities into clear plans and drive execution across the Marketing team.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels.
• Track performance and use data to decide what to scale or stop.
• Own targets for inbound demand: demo requests, pipeline, and conversions.
• Own paid acquisition end-to-end, including strategy, budget, testing, CAC, and payback.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy across content and technical SEO.
• Build an AEO strategy so Amplemarket is cited in AI answers.
• Lead product marketing: positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Set briefs and direction for content and partner with Content to ensure high-quality output.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering to move initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales enablement to position products in live deals.
