Talent Mappers in New York City is seeking a Growth Marketer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to become the founding marketing hire and build a repeatable acquisition engine from the ground up. You will own top-of-funnel growth across multiple lines, test new channels, and move quickly with AI and no-code tools.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant ownership, reporting to leadership, and the opportunity to shape a rapidly scaling data/AI company from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in growth marketing or demand generation.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Comfortable working onsite in New York City five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing function from zero, creating strategy, processes, and playbooks.
• Own top-of-funnel acquisition and develop a repeatable engine for qualified leads.
• Test, measure, and scale new channels including paid, SEO, content, and landing-pages.
• Develop experiments across multiple business lines to identify growth opportunities.
• Launch landing pages and campaigns using AI and no-code tools to move quickly.
• Make fast decisions with incomplete data and double down on what works.
• Own measurement and reporting from initial experiment to qualified lead.
• Establish KPIs and attribution frameworks to understand channel impact.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
