Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Senior Marketing Ops Manager to build the foundation for a world-class marketing operations function. You will design systems, automate campaigns, and ensure clean measurement across campaigns and funnel data.

Collaborating with Demand Gen, RevOps, Sales, Data, and Product Marketing, you’ll architect scalable processes, improve data quality, and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks while maintaining reliability and scale.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Marketing Operations or analytical systems at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and managing marketing automation, attribution, and lead management systems.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM architectures, integrations, and data flows.
• Curiosity about applying AI to automate workflows and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable marketing operations foundation and design scalable workflows.
• Own marketing automation, lifecycle programs, lead management, and operational processes.
• Build trusted measurement: attribution, campaign measurement, and reporting.
• Design resilient marketing systems: lead routing, enrichment, scoring, data governance.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
