Rack Industries is seeking a Performance Marketing leader to turn data into decisions and drive growth through paid acquisition, lifecycle automation, and full-funnel analytics. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, GLSA, and Meta, running structured tests and tracking CPL, CAC, and ROAS in real time.

Design retention programs, automate email/SMS workflows, and partner with Sales to improve lead-to-customer conversion. A strong analytics mindset and self-starter attitude are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years in digital/performance marketing or paid media management.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads (GLSA).
• Experience building email campaigns and automated workflows (including SMS).
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform reporting.

Mansioni

• Oversee paid acquisition across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other channels.
• Design and launch A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions in real time; optimize accordingly.
• Coordinate lead generation and attribution across platforms and CRM.
• Publish weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations on campaigns.
