Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Google Local Services Ads (GLSA).
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution.
• Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including GLSA, and Meta ads.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Oversee lead generation across Google, Meta, and other digital channels; ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Create weekly/monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards; track CPL, CAC, ROAS.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align campaigns with capacity and goals.
