Search Atlas is seeking a growth-focused paid acquisition lead responsible for Meta and Google campaigns, building AI-driven agents, and owning the full paid growth strategy.

You will run weekly performance metrics, optimize CAC and LTV, and guide creative tests with the design team. This is a fast-paced role with clear ownership and accountability.

We value hands-on analytics, automation, and experience with SaaS or B2B funnels and demo or free-trial campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running Meta and Google ads with large monthly spend.
• Owned full paid growth metrics from trial to paid customer.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising structures and scaling.
• Strong experience with GA4, PostHog, and ad-platform reporting.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B funnels and free-trial or demo funnels.

Responsabilités

• Own weekly metrics: trials, cost per trial, and trial-to-paid rate across Meta and Google.
• Develop and execute the full paid growth strategy within the approved plan.
• Lead day-to-day execution with an analyst, building AI agents for checks and reporting.
• Create and test ads briefs; guide the creative team on what to test, cut or scale.
• Own landing pages, CRO, and tracking from click to activation (CAC, payback, LTV).
• Launch ads for new products with zero history.
