Job summary

Workshop Digital is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to partner with executive leadership to define and drive the company's marketing strategy. You will own the annual plan, budgets, and brand stewardship while personally delivering key initiatives and developing the Marketing Coordinator.

You will generate marketing-sourced pipeline, coordinate with Business Development, and own CRM, marketing automation, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing.
• Agency or professional services marketing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building and owning a marketing plan and budget.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO and Leadership on marketing strategy and growth opportunities.
• Own the annual marketing plan and quarterly goals.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing Coordinator.
• Generate marketing-sourced pipeline and align with Business Development.
• Own CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and reporting.
