Workshop Digital in Richmond, VA, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to partner with the CEO and leadership to shape marketing strategy, drive brand visibility, and grow a qualified pipeline for the Business Development team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and team development.

The position supports recruitment marketing and oversees marketing operations, CRM, and reporting. Hybrid work is available for local candidates with Mondays in the Richmond office.

Formación

• 4+ years in B2B growth marketing with pipeline/revenue impact
• Proven experience building and owning a marketing plan and budget
• Experience managing a Marketing Coordinator and freelancers/vendors
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content strategy abilities
• Familiarity with AI search and modern marketing tech

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CEO/leadership to define strategy and growth opportunities
• Own annual marketing plan, quarterly goals, and budget
• Lead and develop Marketing Coordinator; provide coaching and feedback
• Generate marketing-sourced pipeline and collaborate with Business Development
• Own branding, messaging, and cross-channel campaigns
• Develop sales enablement materials and ABM initiatives
• Manage marketing operations, CRM, automation, and attribution
• Monitor industry trends and optimize channel mix
