Job summary

1&1 IONOS SE in the US is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing lead to own US customer acquisition efficiency. You will manage the entire journey from ad creative to conversion across channels including TikTok, Meta, IG, and YouTube, while leveraging AI-driven optimization.

You’ll be hands-on—building, buying, and coaching—set in a small pod with cross-Atlantic partners, and based in Center City Philadelphia with a preference for 3 days per week on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing.
• Experience owning paid budgets and measuring efficiency.
• Direct-to-consumer/eCommerce or affiliate experience preferred.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with strong testing discipline.
• Ability to work across channels and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
• Willingness to work from Center City Philadelphia office ≥3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow numbers, driving toward target.
• Lead the end-to-end ad-unit-to-conversion loop: creative, channels, landing pages, offers, measurement.
• Build out new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, creator/affiliate).
• Use AI-first production and analytics for daily optimization.
• Drive creator marketing content and assets.
• Collaborate with central teams in Germany and cross-Atlantic execution.
