Job summary

IONOS in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a senior growth/marketing lead to own US customer acquisition efficiency. You will manage CAC and inflow across channels from ad unit to conversion, and run rapid tests on TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube, podcasts, CTV, and creator/affiliate programs.

You will build an AI-first optimization engine, guide landing pages and offers, and collaborate with central teams in Germany.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally direct-to-consumer / eCommerce or affiliate.
• you've owned a paid budget and been measured on efficiency.
• You are an AI-first operator using LLMs and generative tools to produce, analyze, and optimize at pace.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC/inflow targets and the end-to-end ad-unit-to-conversion loop.
• Brief, produce and optimize creative assets and manage channels.
• Build-out new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, affiliate).
• Develop an AI-driven production and analysis engine for daily optimization.
• Drive creator-marketing workflow: scripts, briefs, and paid assets.
• Collaborate with central German teams and Website A/B PO on landing pages.
