Alchemy is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the full-funnel growth strategy from self-serve signups to enterprise pipeline. Youll shape channel mix, optimize ROI, and manage a evolving tech stack in a senior, strategic role with data-driven decision making.

Youll lead cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Marketing and will be in SF or NYC 3x per week to drive impact and growth maturity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with developer focus.
• Track record of owning full-funnel measurement from top to pipeline.
• Ability to rank and reallocate spend across channels based on ROI.
• Experience evaluating/management of agencies and a marketing tool stack.
• Comfort with testing new channels and signals beyond the playbook.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Efficiency-obsessed with ROI and headcount optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered growth initiatives.
• Willingness to be in SF or NYC 3x per week.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel visibility from self-serve signup to enterprise sales flow.
• Set channel investment strategy every half with data-backed decisions.
• Continuously re-rank ROI across paid/search, social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle, and website.
• Evaluate and evolve tool stack and agencies based on signup/pipeline impact.
• Identify, test, and stand up new channels and signals as audience evolves.
• Build and lead a team as headcount demands arise.
• Represent growth metrics in biannual planning and retros.
