Job summary

IONOS Group in Philadelphia is seeking an early-career growth marketer to own retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention campaigns across on-line and offline channels. You will analyze cohorts and NPS, build AI-powered lifecycle experiments, and move quickly with ownership from day one.

You’ll collaborate with Acquisition, ControlPanel development, Customer Success, and German teams, report impact on CLTV, and grow in a fast, hands-on environment with direct coaching from the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with data fluency (cohorts, LTV, NPS).
• Interest in AI-first campaigns and experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate across Acquisition, ControlPanel, Customer Success, and German teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
• Location: able to work in Center City Philadelphia office at least 3× per week.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention campaigns end-to-end.
• Analyze cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and NPS to identify LTV levers.
• Build AI-enabled campaigns and workflows to accelerate results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive outcomes.
• Monitor performance, iterate quickly with feedback loops.
