Job summary

IONOS Group in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a senior performance marketer to own US CAC and new-customer inflow, managing the full journey from ad unit to conversion—creative, channels, landing pages, offers, and measurement.

You will build and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, creator/affiliate) with rapid test loops and lead AI-first optimization across the funnel, collaborating with central teams in Germany.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing, preferably direct-to-consumer/eCommerce or affiliate.
• Experience owning paid budgets and being measured on efficiency.
• Fluency across creative, channel buying, landing pages, offers, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow numbers, moving blended CAC toward target while hitting inflow goals channel by channel.
• Own the full ad-unit-to-conversion loop: create assets, set up channels, coordinate landing pages and offers, measure end-to-end.
• Build-out and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube pre-roll, podcast, CTV, creator/affiliate) with rapid test loops.
• Lead AI-first production and analysis for daily optimization using LLMs and analytics.
• Drive content workbench for creator marketing: scripting, briefing, and turning output into paid assets.
• Collaborate cross-Atlantic with central German teams and Website ABPO on landing pages and conversion.
