Anthropic Limited is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale performance marketing across self-serve and sales-assisted journeys. You will define channel strategy, develop programs for distinct customer segments, and drive measurable impact from demand creation through customer growth.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in growth marketing, lead multi-channel teams, and bring a product-led mindset with a passion for AI safety and Anthropic's mission.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at high-growth tech companies.
• Led a growth marketing function with budget/KPIs across multiple channels.
• Driven self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation and consumer growth.
• Rigorous in experimentation and incrementality; able to work with data scientists.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain marketing performance to non-marketers.

Responsabilidades

• Own global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels, forecast and allocate budget.
• Execute end-to-end growth campaigns across acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build campaigns for consumers, developers, and businesses; own self-serve and product-led demand for Team, Enterprise and API.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and GTM on sales-assisted demand.
• Partner with Data Science on incrementality, attribution, and payback; translate insights into scalable playbooks.
