Highland Electric Fleets seeks a hands-on Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own our digital marketing engine and lead generation strategy. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, focusing on accelerating customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email, and web.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical with deep expertise in paid media, targeting, and campaign setup, and can leverage AI tools to build efficient, scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of growth, digital, or performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing agencies or external vendors.
• Deep hands-on experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, HubSpot).
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
• Highly analytical with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Own full-funnel growth strategy across paid media, SEO, email, and web to drive qualified leads.
• Direct our digital agency on demand generation strategy and paid media execution.
• Develop paid acquisition strategies tailored to priority personas (e.g., superintendents, directors of transportation, CFOs).
• Collaborate with Sales to align campaign targeting with territories and pipeline.
• Own analytics and reporting to track core funnel KPIs and improve lead quality.
• Lead CRO and landing-page optimization with agency and internal teams.
